We try to get out to them as soon as they open and share what we see with you!   On April 8 2021, Fresh Co opened it's newest Chalo in the Tamarack neighbourhood of Edmonton. This marks the banner's 4th Chalo! Fresh Co in Western Canada. Chalo means "let's go" in Indo-Aryan languages, and the store focuses on South-Asian foods.   They have a large selection of everyday staples of South Asian groceries. This includes a large, fresh produce department, on-site meat counter, ground spices, flours, rice and daal.
